This website is operated by Home & Story by Ashley Martin (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Home & Story by Ashley Martin is a sub-brand operated by Ashley Martin Home.

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

2. Products & Fulfillment

All products are fulfilled by third-party vendors. As such:

  • Fulfillment timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Production methods and materials may vary

  • Items may ship separately

We reserve the right to update product offerings, descriptions, or pricing at any time without notice.

 

 

3. Shopify Checkout & Order Acceptance

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Orders may begin processing immediately

  • Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins

  • All sales are final except as outlined in our Damage Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. We do not store payment card information.

 

 

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by vendor schedules, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order ships, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

 

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Damages

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photographic documentation. Claims are reviewed case-by-case.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. Normal product variations are not considered defects.

All content, imagery, designs, logos, product concepts, and written materials are the intellectual property of Home & Story by Ashley Martin and/or Ashley Martin Home.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home & Story by Ashley Martin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
